Michael Tworek, Head of Digital Innovations at WITTE Automotive has an engineering background and started his career as Software Developer in the field of Factory Automation in the early 1990s. He now has over 30 years of business experience in various industries – from Factory Automation and Mobile Telecommunication to Automotive and New Mobility – with roles ranging from Development and Sales to Management and Strategy. The common denominator throughout his careers has been building and maintain the links between technology, processes, and people. The key ingredients of the Digital Transformation.
Michael is focusing now on the digital transformation in the automotive industry. The two activities he is driving and deeply involved in are about the digitalization and virtualization of automotive car keys and the digitalization of the automotive supply chain – which is Catena-X. He is a strong believer in digital ecosystems. His strengths are building the vision to motivating partners and co-workers to turning the visions into reality.
Andreas Kottmann, geboren in Stuttgart, hat nach ein Lehre zum Bankkaufmann ein BWL-Studium absolviert und 1995 als Diplom-Kaufmann abgeschlossen. Bis zum Jahr 2000 war er Projektleiter bei der KPMG Deutsche Treuhand Gesellschaft AG. Anschließend wechselte er zur BMW AG, als Referent in verschiedenen Abteilungen wie Inhouse Controlling, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Konzernbilanzierung, -strategie und --planung. Seit Mai 2011 ist Kottmann Geschäftsführer DriveNow GmbH & Co. KG.
